How do I register as a student?
Go to Student Register and sign up with your @msutcto.edu.ph or @msutawi-tawi.edu.ph email, or use a Gmail address (Gmail users must submit school ID photos for verification before downloading).
What are the photo status stages?
Photos move through: Pending (uploaded, not assigned) → Under Review (assigned, awaiting approval) → Approved (accepted by staff) → Available for Download (released to your portal) → or Rejected (needs a retake or correction).
When can I download my graduation photo?
You can download once your photo status shows "Available for Download" or "Approved". You'll receive a notification when staff releases your portrait.
