Users must sign in with their own approved account. Any attempt to impersonate another user, bypass role restrictions, or share credentials is a direct violation.
ID verification submissions must contain valid school identification details. Manipulated, unrelated, or fraudulent verification content may lead to account restriction.
Staff and admin users must manage photo assignments, approvals, and rejections according to official graduation workflow standards and documented review practices.
Only approved photos marked available by authorized personnel may be downloaded as official graduation portraits within the student portal.
QR lookup features must be used only for legitimate verification tasks. Unauthorized scanning, scraping, or mass extraction attempts are prohibited.
DGPMS is for official academic and administrative graduation processes only. Any unrelated commercial or personal usage is not permitted.
DGPMS maintains auditable logs of critical actions such as sign-in, verification decisions, review events, release actions, and support ticket operations.
System features may be updated, suspended, or improved without prior notice when necessary for reliability, compliance, or operational continuity.
DGPMS is operated with best effort and administrative oversight. However, no platform can guarantee uninterrupted service in all circumstances, including external outages or force majeure events.
Accounts that violate policy, compromise security, or misuse graduation records may be suspended, restricted, or escalated to appropriate institutional authorities.
Questions about account restrictions, workflow obligations, or policy interpretation are handled by Information and Communications Technology Office (ICTO) through the official DGPMS support channel.
